PainTeX UV Chip repair kit

PainTeX's flagship kit, this kit comprises of :

100ml UV clear coat

100 touch up applicators

a de-nibbing block

and a 51 led UV curing torch

all contained in a handy carry case.

This is the all in one kit if you get the occasional silicone or your looking to fill stone chips. 

Our 51 led UV curing tourch has the wavelength and power output to cure not only our UV clear coat but also UV primers and putties. We have tested with Colad, Final Systems and Sikkens.

Note: Do not underestimate the danger of UV light exposure.

Although our UV torch will cure UV primers we recommend that repair area should be no larger than 8” x 8”  for example: the size of your hand or a standard sprayout card. Our UV torch will cure this area in 5 mins (if the tds for your desired primer is followed correctly) Parameters out side of this will take significantly longer. Always check the primer has a hard smooth feel to it, a rubbery tacky texture will need further UV exposure.
